It is with great sadness that we have said goodbye to Susan (Susie, Sue) after a short and sudden illness.

Susie predeceased by her father Addison, leaves behind her broken hearted mother Shirley, and siblings, Randy, Sharon and Brian and brother in law, Ron.

Susie conquered her battle with breast cancer over 5 years ago and rallied through her heart valve replacement just last year.

Susie recently retired and was passionate about time spent with friends and family. She loved listening to country music, playing euchre, and shooting pool. She loved time spent at the family cottage on Lake Kapicog.

Susie will be sadly missed by her 4 nieces - Kelsey (Travis and Sloan), Carly (Dustin), Hayley (Sam), Kaitlin (Dawson, Wesley and Marcus). She will also be missed by her second ‘Hastings’ extended family and friends.

A memorial will be held on Saturday November 1st at Turner and Porter Funeral home located at 2180 Hurontario Rd., Mississauga (11 am to 2 pm) Visitation at 11, tributes at 12, light lunch and snacks.
