Passed away peacefully at Lakeridge Health in Ajax on Friday, February 21, 2025, at the age of 89.

Beloved wife of the late Brian Cormier, she was a devoted mother to Nicole and Jean-Paul, always providing love, wisdom, and unwavering support. She is now reunited with her cherished grandson, the late Riley Jaxon, whom she held close in her heart.

A dear sister to Elaine Pellerin and Gary Pellerin (Margaret), she was predeceased by her brother, Elliott (Sonny). She will be fondly remembered by her extended family, friends, students and all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Her kindness, strength, and warm spirit will be deeply missed but forever treasured in the hearts of those who loved her.

Friends may call at the Turner & Porter Yorke Chapel, 2357 Bloor Street West, from 4-7pm on Sunday, March 9, 2025. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Gregory's Roman Catholic Church, 122 Rathburn Road, 10am on Monday, March 10, 2025. Interment to follow at Riverside Cemetery.

For family and friends in Nova Scotia - a memorial service will be held in Halifax at a later date to be determined.
