It is with great sorrow that the family announces the passing of Paula, in the early morning hours of Saturday, May 3, 2025 in Mississauga at the age of 72.

Beloved daughter of the late Gordon and Theresa Brigden. Cherished wife of Donald Wilkinson, with whom she shared 41 wonderful years of marriage. Loving and devoted mother to Matthew (Jules), and to her late daughter Brooke, whom she held in her heart every day.

Paula was a proud sister to Pam, Joanne, Mary, and Gary and a dear friend to many. Her warmth, humour, and generosity were felt by everyone who knew her. She had an unmatched wit, a sharp sense of humour, and a talent for making those around her feel both welcome and at ease. Her love for her family, especially her love for her husband, son & daughter was as fierce as it was unwavering.

She had a long and fulfilling career in the travel and tourism industry, where her love of meeting people and helping them experience the world truly shone.

A passionate fan of the Toronto Maple Leafs, Paula rarely missed a game, and loved nothing more than cheering on her team during hockey season. She also held a special place in her heart for Teenie and Bear, her late daughter Brooke’s beloved cats, whom she cared for deeply.

Paula's memory will be forever cherished by those who knew and loved her. Her legacy of love, sense of humour, and strength lives on in the hearts of her family and friends.
