<div itemprop="description">RICKER: HELEN EDITH (retired Humberside Collegiate teacher). Passed away peacefully in her 100th year on Monday September 29, 2014 at Christie Gardens. Predeceased by her parents Harry and Rebecca Ricker, and her three siblings, Evelyn Ricker, William Ricker and Isabel Smaller. Loving aunt of niece Elizabeth and five nephews, Karl, John, Eric (Carolyn), Angus and Harry (Kari). Loving great-aunt of Jorli, Maelle, Andrea, Christine (Michael), David and John (Leah) and great-great aunt of Kaitlyn, Nick, Richard, Tabatha, Riley and Parker. Helen will be much missed by her extended family and friends, and members of the Bloor Street United Church. Many thanks to the wonderful staff at Christie Gardens for their many years of caring support for Helen. Friends may call at the Turner &amp; Porter Yorke Chapel, 2357 Bloor St. W., at Windermere, east of the Jane Subway, on Sunday afternoon, October 5th, 3:00-5:00pm. Funeral service at Bloor Street United Church, 300 Bloor Street West, on Monday October 6th, 11:00am with reception following.
