In Celebration of

Antonetta Pereira

January 25, 1942 -  December 31, 2024

A life so beautifully lived deserves to be beautifully remembered.

It is with deep sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of our darling mum Antonetta Pereira on December 31, 2024.

Born on January 25, 1942 - Antonetta was a devoted wife to the late Antonio (Patruce) Pereira, a beloved mother to Elaine (Melvyn), Warren (Ann-Marie), and Angelo, and a cherished grandmother (Nana) to Gabriella, Kevin (Kristin), Julie, Karl, and Lyndon. Antonetta’s boundless love, wisdom, and gentle spirit touched the lives of all who knew her. Her legacy lives on in the hearts of her family and friends - whose lives she shaped with kindness, grace, and unwavering compassion. Her memory will forever remain a guiding light to us all. May her soul rest in eternal peace. Antonetta, you will be dearly missed and always remembered by your love and infectious smile.

The family would like to extend our sincerest gratitude to the doctors, nurses, and staff at Credit Valley Hospital and Toronto General ICU that graciously tended to Antonetta in the last few weeks.

Antonetta, the most kind, gentle and caring women I have known. Always found time for weekly calls to us. Our many road trips and fun stays over the years are in my memory. You will be greatly missed and I pray the younger generations who knew you will follow your lead of humbleness and love. Love you Mel
