In loving memory of Sophia Lohn, it is with much sadness that we announce her passing on January 16, 2025, at the age of 92.

Predeceased in 1987 by her loving husband Klaudius, she will be greatly missed by her family and friends in Canada, Germany and Poland.

Sophia will be remembered for her passion for world-wide travel, her love of animals and devotion to her ‘furry friends’ that brought so much joy to her life.

We will cherish her memory because of the kindness and generosity that she exemplified.

In lieu of flowers, a donation in Sophia’s name to a charity of your choice can be made.

Visitation to take place Sunday January 26, 2025, from 11:30 am until the time of Funeral Service at 12:30 p.m. at Turner & Porter (Peel Chapel), 2180 Hurontario St., Mississauga. Reception to follow at the same location.

Sophia will be buried in a private ceremony at Beechwood Cemetery.
