It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Rosemary Williams, who passed away peacefully on February 17, 2025 at the age of 88. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, mother-in-law, grandmother-in-law, friend and cherished member of Seekers Christian Fellowship church.

Rosemary was born on July 1, 1936 in Ragala, Sri Lanka to Regina and Saturapa Maria Selvam. Throughout her life, Rosemary was known for her joy, sense of humour, positivity and love for Jesus. Her love for gardening in her beautiful rose garden, cooking and laughing brought joy to everyone around her.

Rosemary will be lovingly remembered by her children Regina, Dhayani and Bonny, sisters Grace, Padma, and Soundari, brothers Michael and Pushpa, grandchildren Jerome (and wife Monica), Joshua (and wife Sheyera), Sean, Ruban, Ryan, Stefan (and wife Sashika), Shane, Manjula, Shona and Jessica, great grandchildren Omelia and Onesh, daughter-in-law Mahesha and son-in-laws Andrew and Dawson. She was preceded in death by her loving late husband Robert Williams, daughter Juliet Williams, sister Violet Selvam and brothers Tony and George Selvam.

A visitation is to be held at Turner & Porter Peel Chapel 2180 Hurontario St., Mississauga, on Friday, February 21, 2025 from 6-9pm. A celebration of Rosemary’s life will be held on February 22, 2025 at Seekers Christian Fellowship at 10 am. Interment to follow at Beechwood Cemetery. Friends and family are invited to attend and share memories of Rosemary.

She will be deeply missed by all of us who knew and loved her and experienced the blessing of being loved by her.
