In Celebration of

Peter Edward McGill

April 26, 1941 - November 18, 2025

Peter McGill of Mississauga, 84, born on April 26 1941, passed away peacefully on November 18, 2025. Born and raised in Toronto where he gained his lifelong love of trucks, trains and motorcycles. Long-time owner of PMG Transport Inc.

He was the beloved son of the late George and Elizabeth McGill, devoted husband of the late Kim McGill, father of Peter T, father-in-law to Aneta, the proud grandfather of Adam and Peter G., proud brother to Mary Ellen & Steve and uncle to Jenny.

A man of many talents and endless curiosity, Peter was happiest working on his antique trucks with his dog by his side. He was a long-time member of the “Antique Truck club of America” and “The Great Lake Truck Club”. He enjoyed travelling across North America to the various truck shows and riding his motorcycle around the city.

Above all, Peter will be remembered for his kindness, and sense of humour. His warmth and generous spirit will live on in the hearts of those who loved him.
