Monica Hughes passed away peacefully on February 4, 2026 at the age of 92.

She is survived by her loving sons Jason (Erica) and Larry (Marilyn). Her cherished grandson Ethan. Her dear sister Sylvia.

She is predeceased by her beloved husband Travis. Predeceased by her brothers
Louie, Henry, Clem and Vernon Her sister Yvonne, beloved auntie of many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.

She was known for her love of family and children. Monica was a very giving person and she loved entertaining and cooking.

In lieu of flowers please make a donation to dementia society and/or Canadian cancer society.
