It is with great love and sadness the we share the news of Michalina Gracon passing on Friday, February 7, 2025. She passed away at the age 85, at home surrounded by family. Michasia was the beloved wife of the late Michal Gracon.

She was predeceased by her parents Kazimierz and Karolina, her brothers Stefan, Genek, Tadek, sisters Stasia, Zosia, Kazia and Milka.

Michasia was the loving mother of Bogdan (Stephanie), Stefan (Catharine) and Donna. Adored Babcia to Michael (Alexa), Stefan, Lucas and Madeleine.

Michasia was born on September 12, 1939 in Wegrowo, Poland and immigrated to Canada in 1967 with her husband and her eldest son, Bogdan at age 2.

Michasia will be fondly remembered, for her love of gardening, her strong religious beliefs, welcoming presence and her constant smile. She cherished her grandchildren and every moment she could spend with them. She will be missed by both friends and family.

Visitation will be held at Turner & Porter Yorke Chapel, 2357 Bloor Street West, Toronto, on Thursday, February 13th from 3-5 p.m. and 6-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held at St. Casimir Catholic Church, 156 Roncesvalles Ave, on Friday, February 14th at 10 a.m. Interment to follow at Park Lawn Cemetery.
