Kay passed away peacefully after a brief battle with cancer. Predeceased by her husband Ernest (Dick) Maynard. A long-time resident of Bloor West Village, she was a good neighbour and especially enjoyed travelling, gardening, time spent at the Boulevard Club and Friday night fish and chips in the Kingsway. A kind soul who will be missed.

Visitation will take place at the Turner & Porter Yorke Chapel, 2357 Bloor Street West, Toronto (just east of Jane St.) from 12 noon - 2 p.m. on Wednesday, October 16 followed immediately thereafter by interment at nearby Park Lawn Cemetery.
