John Cartier
November 29, 1951 - February 2, 2026
It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of John Cartier, following a brief illness, on February 2, 2026 at 74 years old.
Beloved husband of Maureen. Loving father of Candice (Timothy), and Andrea. Grandfather to Maisie and Gregory.
John was a steadfast and devoted husband, father, grandfather and colleague. A keen storyteller with an eye for the absurd, honed by his love of detective mysteries, he will be missed by his family in Montreal, Toronto and across Canada, and fondly remembered by coworkers from Bell, Promark and Home Depot.
