Gilberto Cordeiro was a gracious, caring husband, father, brother and friend. He left this world too soon on Jan 12, 2025 at age 80.

He was born to Jose & Maria Da Luz in Sao Miguel Portugal along with his three sisters, Conceicao (John) Fatima Cabral (John) and Lucy Silva (Aires) and his three brothers David (Lidia), Luis (Zelia) and Jose Manuel (Maria de Seu) Gilberto left his homeland of Portugal and moved to Canada where he met and married loving wife Natalia and had two children: Paula and Michael.
Gilberto’s family grew when Michael married. Michael and daughter-in-law Rose have two children. Gilberto became a grandfather to Eliana and Nicolas. Gilberto loved doting on his family, always putting others' needs ahead of his own. His grandchildren were his pride and joy.

He loved to garden and spend time outside. Always had a tool for the job in his garage and lend a helping hand where needed.

He will be missed by all.
