Passed away peacefully on October 3, 2024 in her home surrounded by her family at age 93. Born on November 8, 1930, in St. Catharines, Ontario, Frances lived a life filled with love and grace.
She faced a short but courageous illness, demonstrating the same strength and resilience that defined her life. She leaves behind her beloved husband Mike. Theirs was a deep bond, and over 75 years of marriage, they built a lifetime of love together.
She was predeceased by her daughter, Marion Wickens. Her legacy lives on through her daughter Sharon Anderson, and her cherished grandchildren, Jacquie Wickens (Mark) and Spencer Anderson (Shannon), and Sydney Wickens, along with her great-grandchildren, Zachary and Lillian, who will forever remember her as a beacon of love and inspiration.
Frances will be dearly missed by her nieces and nephews and dear friends.
Known for her keen fashion sense and impeccable style, she brought elegance and grace to every room she entered. Her life was a tapestry of love, and cherished memories, woven together by her unwavering dedication to her family.
Her presence will be deeply missed, but her spirit will continue to shine brightly in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. May she rest in peace, reunited with those who have gone before her.

Funeral Service will be held in the Turner & Porter "Peel Chapel" on Wednesday, October 9, 2024 at 10:30 a.m.
Burial at Springcreek Cemetery.
