It is with profound sadness to announce the passing of Dianne Mary Rychlewski, born August 8th, 1956 – January 18th, 2025, daughter of John and Anna (deceased), beloved mother of Matthew, sister of Richard and Raymond, and Aunt to Michael, Justin, and Sarah. At the age of 17, Dianne lost her mother, Anna, and assumed the role of matriarch of the Rychlewski family for her father, John, and brothers, Richard and Raymond. The family resided in the Roncesvalles area, deeply rooted in the Polish community for many years. Dianne graduated from Parkdale Collegiate Institute, where she met many of her lifelong friends. After pursuing further education from McMaster University, University of Toronto, and York University, she began her successful career in marketing, business development, and communications. Dianne became a well-established executive and professional in Toronto and a past president and board member of the International Legal Marketing Association. Following the birth of her son, Mathew, her pride and joy, they moved to Mississauga, where they resided for 27 years.
Dianne was a loving, devoted, and incredible mother who devoted her life to ensuring that Matthew had a wonderful childhood filled with love, joy, opportunity, and adventure. Her father, John, also resided with Dianne and Matthew in their Mississauga home, where they lived together. Dianne later assumed the role of her father's caregiver during the remaining 10 years of his life before passing at the age of 101. Dianne loved hosting her family at her home in Mississauga for various occasions and holiday celebrations, always upholding her parents' Polish traditions. Those who knew Dianne would say she was passionate about her career and proud of her accomplishments. She was kind, cheerful, and always there to support her loved ones and friends during any occasion. Dianne cherished life, her family, and her friends, always putting others before herself. Dianne was a very proud mother, continuously supporting and encouraging Matthew to be the best he could be. Regardless of his accomplishments, she was always Matthews's biggest supporter and role model.
