It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Conrad DeFreitas.
Survived by his daughter Tiana (Cameron), his sister Lisa, brother Frank and their families. Predeceased by his parents Compton and Kathleen and his sister Debbie.
There will be no formal funeral service - cremation has taken place.
A Celebration of Conrad's Life will be planned for the New Year.
