I briefly met Zita years ago but through Elaine, and over a glass of wine or two, I was regaled with humorous and touching stories of Zita's day to day life. Her independence was, and is, an inspiration to me. Rest in peace Zita and say hi to my mom for me.

I looked forward to more days cooking and baking and fun at the Church, and seeing your Christmas display and the reindeer on your lawn but God wanted you sooner. I will miss you terribly.
