Passed away at the Harold & Grace Baker Centre on December 27, 2023 at the age of 92. Yoshie was the devoted and loving Auntie of Glenn, Michael, Linda, Diane Nasu, Kathleen Fujioka, Jonathan Shimizu, and Sandra Shimizu-Herr, She was predeceased by her siblings Harry, Chizuko, Shiz, and Sakae, as well as her parents Eitaro and Echi. After an accomplished career as a Registered Nurse at Mount Sinai Hospital, Yoshie touched the lives of so many with her care and grace. She will be dearly missed.

Friends may call at the Turner & Porter Yorke Chapel, 2357 Bloor St. W., on Thursday, January 4th from 10-11 a.m. with a Funeral Service to follow at 11 a.m. in the Chapel. Interment to follow at Prospect Cemetery. For those who wish, and in lieu of Koden, donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
