Passed away at Bowmanville Hospital, on Monday May 18, 2020 at the age of 91. Beloved husband of the late Doris. Dear father of William (Cindy) and Heather Racine (Gerry) Cherished grandfather of William, Alexandra, Matthew, Victoria and step grand-daughter Bianca.
A private family service has been held. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date. Interment at Park Lawn Cemetery.

On behalf of myself, Rick and Christopher, we send our sincere condolences to Bill Jr., Heather and their families. Bill was a part of our family for many years. We always enjoyed his company and he was always welcome in our home. We have wonderful memories of his stories about his golf game, meeting up with his buddies at his favorite pub and talking about old times on Brock Avenue.
