It is with heavy hearts, the family of William Coward announces his peaceful passing on September 6, 2023 surrounded by family. Beloved husband of June (nee Hill) for 67 years. Loving father of Tom (Angie), Brenda (Marty), Linda (Fred), and Debora (John). Cherished grandfather of Matthew (Grace), Emily (Ken), Lindsay (Alex), Mark, Brian (Cailey), Adam (Kelly), and Mitchell. Proud great-grandfather of Elden and Silvi. Dear brother of Donald (Victoria) and the late Audrey. A proud business owner, William worked in steel processing for over 60 years, and will be remembered by many respected colleagues and friends. His family will forever hold him in their hearts.

Cremation has taken place. A service to celebrate William’s life will be held at The Church of Christ the King, 475 Rathburn Road, on Friday, September 22, 2023. Visitation at 10:00 am followed by a Service at 11:00 am and reception to follow. For those who wish, donations may be made to The Canada Cancer Society
