William “Bill” Wallace, of Mississauga, passed away peacefully at home on August 6, 2025 at the age of 93.

He was born on July 18, 1932 in Elmsdale, PEI to Merrill and Pearl Wallace.

Bill is survived by his children Iris, Norman, Lisa, Billy (Michelle) and daughter-in-law Rebecca. Grandchildren Shannon, Christina, Alison (Jon), Devon, Avery, Emma, Madison, Ryan, Matthew, Ben and Caitlin. Siblings, Jean (Weldon), Raymond (Sandra), Don (Nancy), Debbie (John) and sisters-in-law Ethel, Ferne and Cathy as well as many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his wife Evelyn and son Merrill; siblings Lulu, Clayton, Ida, Doug, Roger and Blair.

Bill worked more than 30 years at Pearson International Airport. He was a handyman and chauffeur to many, he would lend a hand to anyone. He enjoyed reading, spending time in his garden and watching his children and grandchildren participate in sports and other activities.

Bill supported numerous charities. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Heart & Stroke, Salvation Army, Covenant House or a charity of your choice.

A funeral service will be held at the Turner & Porter Neweduk Chapel, 1981 Dundas Street West, on Monday, August 11, 2025 at 11am. Visitation will held from 10-11am. Interment at Glendale Memorial Gardens.
