Bill was special in every way. Great grandad and father in law. He will be missed. We are so glad he is with his Lord and free from his failing health. So glad he had a few precious last moments with his beautiful daughters!!!

Mr. Mair was my teacher for Grades 5 and 6 at Kipling Grove Public School in the early 60's. and he was also at John G. Althouse when I was there. He was an excellent teacher and very formative in my life. I saw him last when he kindly came to the visitation for my father in 1994. I am 72 and a retired teacher and have great memories of his teaching, his pitch-pipe and even skating at Central Arena.

Dear Mair Family
Please accept my deepest sympathy on the passing and loss of your dearest father, father in law and grandfather. Your father was such a very talented musician with whom I shared the music ministry for a long time at Hilltop Chapel, he on the organ and myself on the grand piano. He was versatile on each instrument. I also met him at Westmount School where he taught and my son started French Immersion, my daughters Lisa and Erin remember you from Sunday School and all 3children express their condolences to you for your loss. Bill was unique and admired by everyone. May he rest in peace and may the Lord be near and dear to all of you at this difficult time. May God bless you.
With love, Olga Nyman and my family.
