It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Bill Bain on December 20, 2020 at the age of 91 due to complications from Covid-19. Favorite brother of Marion Giroux. Loving father of Steven (Anne), Richard (Tracey), Scott (Sandy). Devoted grandfather to Alexandria, Ashley, Alyssa, Candice, Rebecca, Jamie, Laura. Adoring great grandfather to Dawson, Arya, Violet, Lilah, Amelia, Ashton, and Liliana.
Bill served in the Royal Canadian Air Force for six years as a flight officer. He was a jet fighter pilot flying Sabre CA-27’s during the Cold War. He loved the outdoors and enjoyed camping, canoeing, fishing, and a good game of golf.
Bill will be remembered for his love of entertaining his family and friends with his jokes, magic tricks, playing the piano and having a hard time passing up on a bottle of ketchup.
Dad we will miss you.
