Wendy Beverley Mercurius-Peterkin was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She passed on August 30, 2023, at age 63.

She was born to Fitzherbert (deceased) and Doreen Mercurius on July 7,1960, and grew up in Plaisance village, Guyana, South America. After leaving Guyana Wendy lived in Montreal, Quebec, New York, NY and most recently Brampton, Ontario.

She is survived by her mother, Doreen Mercurius. Her children: Lonny, Bianca, Denzel and her son-in-law Constantine. As well as her grandchildren, Elise and Kaneen. Her Siblings: Joycelyn, Sandra, Denise, Yvette and Herby (also known as Omar) and brothers-
in-law Aubrey, Roy and Clyde. Along with many nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her father Fitzherbert Mercurius, brothers Maurice, Walter and Eswick. Wendy had a heart filled with compassion and a spirit of generosity. Let us take a moment out of our day now to mourn the passing of an exceptional woman, to
celebrate the life she lived and the legacy she left.

Friends may call at the Turner & Porter "Peel" Chapel, 2180 Hurontario St., Mississauga (Hwy 10 N. of Q.E.W) on Sunday, September 24, 2023, from 9:30–10:30 AM, followed by a Funeral Service in the chapel at 10:30 AM.

The Repast will follow on the same day from 1:00PM – 5:00PM at 286 Attwell Dr., Etobicoke, ON.
