Wayne always had the most genuine smile and greatest sense of humour. Wayne and Marie became part of my extended family and was the epitome of what true love really is. I feel blessed to have known Wayne and will cherish the wonderful times shared. Big hugs to Marie, Glen and Sabrina as well as Rachel, Riley, Xavier and Trinity. You were all the reason behind that amazing smile. Wayne you will be missed. -💕Liz

Wayne was one of the first people we got to know on our street when we first moved in 10 years ago. He was always so nice and always smiled and talked softly. We knew him as a caring neighbour, a strong and optimistic man, a loving husband and a generous grandparent. I feel so sorry for Marie and family's great loss.

Marie, Wayne was a character, who always had a smile on his face and a joke to share. He brightened the doorstep and brought energy everywhere he went. He will be dearly missed. In time, I hope you will find peace and that your memories will remind you of a life well lived and a man well loved. Thinking of you and your family and keeping you in my thoughts and prayers.

A twinkle in the eye, a smile that lit up a room will never be forgotten.
A mind that loved to dwell in the unknown, exploring possibilities of other worlds past and present.
Outdoors was where he was truly happy, be it fishing, walking, tending or sitting in his garden, at the lake or beside an ocean.
Always there to lend a hand or advice.
A genuinely gentle man, a wonderful friend, a human with a huge heart.
You will be so missed, dearest friend, but never, ever forgotten.
We will always treasure your memory.
