Richard was a kind, selfless man who was always concerned for others and always willing to help. He had a strong faith and was always certain of his destination in heaven, a great mentor for family and friends alike. He will be greatly missed by me and anyone who knew him. His absence leaves a hole in our hearts that only time will heal, but we know he is now in a far better place.
Our deepest sympathy is extended to you all. May our dear Richard find eternal peace, in the arms of all the angels.

Dear Rick: I often have thought of you over the years and each time it was with respect and admiration. To the extent I knew you, you were a constant gentleman and ambassador for all the good that one can find in humanity. You were always ready for a challenge and most probably went well beyond the call of duty. I wish you the VERY BEST in your new playing field. I also wish your family well at this sensitive time. Take care... Dave McMillan
