It is with heavy hearts that we mourn the passing of Vladimir Africh. He passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loved ones on Tuesday, August 22 in his 92nd year at Trillium Hospital in Mississauga.

He will be dearly missed by his wife of 65 years, Maria, his two sons: Mark (Bonnie) and Mike (d. Debbie) as well as his grandchildren Michael and Monika.

The Africh family would also like to thank his compassionate PSW’s and the staff of Trillium Hospital for their care.

Visitation will take place at the Turner & Porter “Peel” Chapel, 2180 Hurontario St., Mississauga (Hwy 10 N. of Q.E.W) on Tuesday, August 29, 2023 from 6-9 pm. Funeral Mass will be held at Holy Angels Catholic Church, 61 Jutland Road, Etobicoke (north of Queensway off Islington), on Wednesday, August 30, 2023 at 10 a.m.

Interment at Parklawn Cemetery.
