Passed away peacefully on Monday, May 11, 2020, at West Park Long Term Care, at the age of 97. Beloved wife of the late Robert Poirier. Loving mother of Michael Poirier (Carol), Arlene Morrow (Walt), David Poirier (Tina) and the late Dianne McEwen (Alton). Proud grandmother of 14, great grandmother of 10 and held dear by many extended family from near and far.
She was elegant and strong with endless energy. As the family matriarch, she was cherished for her candid honesty and unconditional love. She leaves behind many fond memories with all those whose lives she touched.
The family wishes to extend its heartfelt thanks to the staff at West Park LTC for the empathy and outstanding care they showed our mother.
