Passed away at Chartwell Wenleigh Long Term Care on Saturday, August 20, 2022 at the age of 88. Predeceased by her beloved husband Vytautas “Victor” Placiackis (1969). Loving mother of Leonard Placiakis (Platt). Cherished grandmother of Kelly Johnson (Jeffrey), Melanie Platt, Kevin Platt, and Michael Platt. Proud great-grandmother of Maya, Justyce, Lyncoln, Tyra, and Treyden. She will be forever remembered by her previous daughters-in-law, Sharon Eaton and Eileen Platt.

Mrs. Violet B. Platt affectionately known as “Baba” was very special and clearly unique. An impeccable wardrobe and coordinated makeup selection represented her daily routine.
Baba was kind, caring and generous in numerous ways but will be most remembered for her undying love for all the grandchildren, great grandchildren, Argo and her gracious friend Aldona.

We Miss you Baba and Love you more.

Cremation has taken place. A private family burial will take place at a later date.
