In Celebration of

Victoria Onyschuk

June 21, 1938 -  February 3, 2024

Victoria Onyschuk, peacefully departed this world on February 3, 2024. She was a cherished wife, devoted mother, beloved grandmother, and treasured friend. Victoria was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Nickolas, and her dear brothers (Alec, George, and Bill), parents (Olympia and Todor), and life long friends (Germaine and Florence).

As a mother, Victoria was caring and kind. Her daughters, Sara and Julie, were the light of her life, and she was very proud of both of them, their beautiful marriages to Kevin (Sara) and Martin (Julie) and the families they have raised. Victoria's role as a grandmother, affectionately known as "Nana," brought immeasurable joy to her heart. Her grandchildren, Paige, Nickolas, Easton, and Harrison were the center of her universe, and she delighted in their every smile and accomplishment.

The amazing staff at Carrington Place, and the compassionate care provided by Dr. Zoe and the Bayshore team brought comfort and solace to Victoria during her final days. Their dedication and kindness eased her journey with grace and dignity.

Vicki's life was enriched by the constant presence of her cherished friends, who stood by her side. Daily visits from Margo, Nancy, Charlene, Shellie, Debbie, Janice, Vera, and Paula illuminated her days with laughter, companionship, and love.

A private family burial will be held later this week. To all those who had the privilege of knowing Vicki, we invite you to share your fondest memories and stories in the guest book at https://turnerporter.ca/memorials. We would love for her grandchildren to see her through your eyes and hear stories of her impact on the people she touched.

Victoria Onyschuk leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness, and warmth. May her memory be a source of comfort and inspiration to all who knew her.
