April 13, 1943 - December 31, 2024

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Victor Mielniczuk.

Victor was born in Argentina and passed away in Mississauga at Trillium Hospital on December 31, 2024.

Victor will be forever remembered, loved and deeply missed by all of his family and friends in Canada, Argentina and Ukraine.

Family and friends may visit at the Turner and Porter, Peel Chapel, 2180 Hurontario St, (HWY 10 N of the QEW) Mississauga on Thursday, January 2 from 6-8 pm. The Panachyda will take place at 7 pm.

The Funeral service will take place at St. Mary's Ukrainian Catholic Church, 3625 Cawthra Rd, Mississauga on Friday, January 3 at 11 am.

Such fond memories growing up next door to Victor. He befriended a blue jay and a chipmunk. He had a beautiful garden that he lovingly cultivated. Victor always had a friendly smile and joyful laugh. He watch all 4 of us grow up from his backyard. You will be missed but live forever in my heart. My condolences go out to his friends, family and loved ones during this difficult time.

So saddened to hear this news and wishing Victor peace in his ultimate resting place. I will always remember swimming in their pool in the summers, homemade pizza with ham and sliced green olives, cheese balls and the drawer with mentos. Rest in peace.
