July 25, 1926 -  November 8, 2019


Passed away peacefully at Malton Village Long Term Care Centre, on Friday, November 8, 2019 at the age of 93. Beloved wife of the late Joe Bakos. Much loved mother of Barbara Courtney (the late George Moore) and Frank Courtney (Rita). Loving grandmother of Amy (Clint Excell) and Lisa (Brad Crowe), and great-grandmother of Hannah, Riley, Carter, Hailey and Jack.

A Private Family Service to Celebrate Vera’s Life will be held at Turner & Porter "Peel" Chapel at a later date.

In Vera’s memory, donations may be made to LongRun Thoroughbred Society.
