Peacefully, on Christmas day, December 25, 2023, Ursula passed away at the age of 97. Beloved wife of 55 years of the late Sam (2009); loving mother of Michele (Gary), Nicolette (Brian), Tim (Edna), Sandra (Graham), and Lee (Rebecca). Grandmother of Michael (2023), Mathew, Christopher, Jordan, Carly, Andrew, Sarah, Kim, Brayden, and Jesse. Great-grandmother of 26. Survived by her loving sister Elke (Wolfgang). Ursula immigrated alone to Canada in 1952. She was a longtime volunteer at St. Joseph’s Health centre and foster parent and caregiver to many children. She will be missed by family and longtime friends. For those who wish, donations may be made to St Joseph’s Health Centre.

A celebration of life will be held at the Turner & Porter Butler Chapel, 4933 Dundas St. W., Etobicoke (between Kipling & Islington Aves.) On Saturday April 6, 2024 from 2-5pm.
