In Celebration of

Tyrrell "Terry" Clark

April 19, 1950 -  August 29, 2023

Passed away at home beside his darling wife on Tuesday, August 29, 2023.

Beloved husband of Colleen for 51 magical years. Extraordinary father to Elizabeth and her husband Jonathan Lau.

Much loved brother of the late Peggy Jamieson and Jim Clark and uncle to his nieces and nephews, whom he adored. Known for his compassion and kindness, love of books, and cheeseburgers, plain. He will be remembered by so many friends, clients, and family for his wise counsel, integrity, and generosity of time. Those who love him will fondly cherish his creativity, his superb gift-giving abilities, his enchanted way of thinking, and the way he built treasured, lifelong traditions we all delighted in. We are grateful beyond measure for the joy that he brought to all of our lives.

Friends may join us to remember him together at Turner & Porter Neweduk Chapel, 1981 Dundas St. W., Mississauga on Thursday, September 7th from 2 – 4 and 7 – 9 p.m. A Service to Celebrate Terry’s Life will be held there on Friday, September 8th at 3:30 p.m. A livestream of the service will be available online for anyone who would wish to join us virtually, click on the tab below.

In Terry’s memory, donations may be made to the Daily Bread Food Bank.

No words were left unspoken. Terry always knew exactly what he meant to me and I knew what I meant to him. I can’t ask for more than that. They say grief is the price you pay for love. Well, there was A LOT of love.

Terry was the most compassionate person, his kindness and ability to connect and show empathy was remarkable.
I will never forget him praying with me when I was in distress.
My deep, deep condolences. Everyone has lost a wonderful human being.
