Passed away at Trillium Health Partners Credit Valley Hospital on August 10, 2023 at the age of 55.

Much loved son of the late Lidia. Cherished father of Michael (Hannah), and adored brother of Patricia (Kevin). Proud uncle of Tenley and Kaiya.

Tomasz was the light of his family’s life. His sense of humour, mischievous grin, and generous heart will live on in the hearts of all who loved him.
