In Celebration of

Theodore Golla

August 28, 1930 -  March 4, 2021

It is with great sadness that we share the peaceful passing of Ted on March 4, 2021 at the age of 90.

Predeceased by his cherished wife Mary. He is the beloved father of Ted Jr. (Beth), John (Lorraine) and Mary Ann (Andy). Dear Pa of Rebecca, Michelle, Andrew, Danielle, Caitlin and Andrea. Great grandfather of Ava, Alex, Aurora, Veronica, Maya and Jesse. Dear brother of James (Teresa) and predeceased by his brother Frank (Doreen). Fondly remembered by his nieces and nephews.

Ted was a vibrant, young at heart 90 year old. A golfer extraordinaire, photography buff, computer enthusiast, red wine lover, bowling buddy, social butterfly and faithful church parishioner, Ted was all that, but most importantly a devoted family man. The bigger the family celebration, the better. He will be deeply missed by his family and his many golfing and bowling buddies as well as the after mass coffee group.

A private family funeral will be held at Sts. Cyril & Methodius Slovak Catholic Church on Wednesday March 10, 2021 at 11:00 am. The service will be live streamed through the slovakparish.ca YouTube channel.

Donations can be made to The Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Saints Cyril & Methodius Parish Building Fund.
