I am saddened to learn of Terry's death. We met in New Zealand in 1972 (or 1973) and Terry met me and put me up when I arrived in Toronto in 1974. Then he got me into the house at 10 Carson Crescent, with Allen Coates and Roy Chapman. Then he introduced me to HBM&S in 1978 when I needed a job (after Opera School). What a friend he was so kind and helpful and always there when needed. I could never repay such kindness, but it is remembered and appreciated (and I try to pass it on).
Warmest thoughts and prayers to Janet and Terry's girls and families.
