Teresa Conroy (nee McNulty) was born on April 20, 1930 in Renbrack Co. Mayo Ireland. At 17 she moved to Birmingham England for work. It was there she met and married her beloved husband Frank (d. April 26, 2001). Teresa and Frank immigrated to Canada in the 1950s to begin a new life. Teresa was a devoted wife, mother to Anne (Bruce Duke) and Kevin (Nerine Poole), a loving Grandma to Jennifer and Sean.

Teresa spent over 20 years working at the Ontario Legislature where she served 2 speakers of the house at the provincial legislature. Teresa was kind and capable. She was a keen poker player, did the Toronto Star crossword regularly (in ink), and was always ready to line up and "dance a set" when Irish music began to play. Teresa is predeceased by her husband Frank and her 9 brothers and sisters. She will be missed by her children, grandchildren and her numerous nieces and nephews throughout North America, the UK and in her native Ireland.

A special thanks to all the staff at Kipling Acres where Teresa resided for 3.5 years. The loving care and compassion always shown to Teresa was a great comfort to our family.
