It is with great sadness the Tassopoulos family announces the passing of Sophie at the Hellenic Home for the Aged, on Friday, November 18, 2022 at the age of 88. Beloved wife of George. Loving mother of Angelo, and Effie Bitos and her husband John. Cherished Yiayia of Stacey, Bobby, George and Justine. Adored Great Yiayia of Zoe, Alexis, Elias, and Yianni.

I was very saddened to hear of the death of Aunt Sofia. A wonderful lady who always had a smile on her face. I had many fond memories of her during our visits to Toronto as well as her visits to Montreal. My condolences to the whole family.
