I was lucky to know Tamara for a short time , and was fascinated to hear all the stories of her long life. My thoughts are with Irka and John, and the family. May her memory be a blessing.
‘Mom’ if you can hear me, THANK YOU for being the kind, generous, supportive and loving extended mom to me growing up. You treated me and my brothers Bob, Mike and Johnny like your own. We loved our cottage adventures and how you treated me like a daughter. I will forever be sooo grateful for that. Because of you and ‘Tato’ I have some of my best and cherished childhood and teen memories. Everyday as I see the beautiful cottage painting you painted and gave Enzo and I for our wedding I see your face and smile. Give everyone a hug for me in heaven🩷
Irka, Johnny, Beverly and all the grandkids and great grandkids - thinking of all of you. May the special memories (like I’ve noted) bring a smile to your face when you think of Mom/Baba. Love you all, Leena (and Enzo, Melissa, Tyler, Jessie & Walmir)🩷
So sorry for your loss. Vichnaya pamyat.

Sixty years have gone by since we first met and I have learned a great deal about Aunt Tamara's courage, curiosity, adaptability, business acumen, friendliness, generosity and openness.
This was a life lived well, with zest and panache.
Let's remember all those good times!
Our condolences to all of you.
