Sylvia is remembered fondly as a devoted RCCSC Board President for many years. I also remember participating in a prayer meeting when Sylvia prayed so profoundly for the Lord to heal our Pastor. The Elder who organized the meetings commented that we had just been taken to the throne room of heaven when Sylvia prayed. She was a woman of huge faith and a true example to follow.

Dear Christopher and family,

My deepest condolences on the passing of your beloved mother Sylvia. As you remember Sylvia was a long term board member of Richview Community Care Services, in a number of board positions including Board Chair. I knew Sylvia for all of her tenure on the board and have many wonderful memories of her in action on the board. As she was an avid gardener she shared with me a few clumps of hostas, still thriving in my garden. It was such a privilege to work with an know Sylvia these many years in my role at this agency.

She is remembered with love.
