After battling cancer for the last year Susan is at peace and no longer in pain. Thank you to all the nurses and doctors who attended Susan at Sunnybrook Hospital Odette Cancer Centre and Credit Valley Hospital Emergency and Palliative Care Units.
Susan touched many lives as an early childhood educator. She was a bright light on dark days, a great advocate for kids, very generous, and passionate about many topics. Susan has requested memorial donations be made to the Canadian Cancer Society –Childhood Cancer. She is predeceased by her Dad Robert J. Fulton and Sister Katherine Crofts. Susan is lovingly remembered by her Son Neil Churchill and Grandson Elijah Churchill, Mom Anne Fulton, Brother Fraser Fulton (May), and sister Heather Sundin (Eric). Left also to cherish her memory are Susan’s nieces and nephews Trevor Sundin, Natalie Sundin, Cassandra Sundin, and Patricia Sundin. Susan’s constant companion Dog “Lady Bug” will also be missing her.
Cremation has taken place, and a Memorial page on Facebook is being set up so her many friends can visit and share memories and a family celebration of life will take place in the near future.
