Passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 20, 2022 at the age of 79 surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of Ankica for 57 years. Loving father of William (Renata), Lillian (Josip), and John (Ana). Dear grandfather of Christopher, Ivan (Abigayle), Stephanie and Luka. Survived by his sisters and brothers: Marica (Boris), Ivan (Ljubica), Nikola (Ljubica), Milkica (late Marijan), Viktorija (Toni) and Boris (Dragica). Steve worked 30 years for Chrysler at the Etobicoke casting plant and was a union steward for 17 years for local 1459. Steve will be lovingly remembered by his colleagues, friends, and all of his family.

Friends may call at the Turner & Porter "Peel" Chapel, 2180 Hurontario St., Mississauga (Hwy 10 N. of Q.E.W) on Monday, April 25, 2022 from 5:00-9:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at Church of Croatian Martyrs, 4605 Mississauga Road, on Tuesday, April 26, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. Interment Assumption Cemetery.
