It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Steve (Stipe) Prsa on August 20th, 2023 in his 87th year.

Beloved husband to Stefica of 57 years. Adored father to Anne and Tania (Larry) and cherished Dida to Steven.

He is also survived by family and friends in Canada, Croatia, and France.

Stipe was born in Perusic Croatia and lived in Zagreb where he met his love Stefica. He came to Canada and worked at Dofasco for 37 years. He was a devoted husband and father and raised a loving family. During his retirement, he loved to garden and travel with his wife, daughters, son-in-law, and grandson. He loved to play soccer, garden, teach, and spend fun times with his beloved grandson Steven.

He will be greatly missed and forever loved.

You can shed tears or smile because he has lived and see all that he has left.

Visitation will be held at: Turner & Porter Funeral Home, 1981 Dundas St. W. Mississauga on Friday, August 25, 2023, from 2-4 pm and 6-9 pm with prayers at 8 pm.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Croatian Martyrs Parish, 4605 Mississauga Road on Saturday, August 26, 2023, at 10 am.

Entombment at Assumption Catholic Cemetery, 6933 Tomken Road, Mississauga.

If desired donations can be made to Heart and Stroke Foundation or Arthritis Society.
