In Celebration of

Steve Panov

September 2, 1933 -  August 3, 2019

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of a kind, caring, generous and overall wonderful man, Stephen George Panov. Steve, in his 86th year, passed away peacefully at Dorothy Ley Hospice on Saturday, August 3, 2019. He was a devoted husband, amazing father and fantastic grandfather. Steve founded Panov Insurance Brokers Limited, was a long time member of Sts. Cyril and Methodius Church and Markland Wood Golf Club. Steve's wife Julie and his children Barry, Linda and Karen invite family and friends to join us as we say farewell to a very special man.

Family and Friends may call at the Turner & Porter "Peel" Chapel, 2180 Hurontario St., Mississauga (Hwy 10 N. of Q.E.W) on Thursday, August 8, 2019 from 3 - 8 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at Sts. Cyril & Methodius Church, 5255 Thornwood Dr, Mississauga, on Friday, August 9, 2019 at 10:33 a.m.

Our sincere gratitude and thanks to all those at St. Joseph's Health Centre and Dorothy Ley Hospice for their compassion and dedication in caring for Steve.

If Inclined, we truly ask that you do not send flowers, but direct a donation in Steve’s memory to The Dorothy Ley Hospice. We know he would greatly appreciate this as it would go a long way to help others to be cared for in the same manner he was. Flowers are for a day while health care needs go on forever. This worthy gesture would be much more important to Steve and his family.
