Stephen Anthony Emmanuel Xuereb Sr., 66, passed away at 8:08am on Thursday, November 17, 2016 at St Joseph Hospital. Born in Ghajnsielem, Gozo, Malta on November 26, 1949 to Carmela & Lawrence Xuereb. He spent his childhood and teenage life in Ghajnsielem, Gozo, Malta. Stephen married Rebecca Xuereb on January 7, 1973 and immigrated to Toronto, Ontario, Canada on March 1973. He was a hard-working family man who was a Machine Operator at Kruger. His hobbies were bird watching, going for long walks, watching movies, and watching the Toronto Maple Leafs and the Toronto Blue Jays. He always enjoyed spending time with family and friends, having great conversation and sharing great laugh.

The family will receive relatives and friends on Monday November 21, 2016 at Turner & Porter Funeral Directors located at 2357 Bloor Street West, Toronto, Ontario at 2pm – 4pm & 6pm – 9pm.
The mass will be held at St. Pius X Church located at 2305 Bloor Street West, Toronto, Ontario on Tuesday, November 22, 2016 at 10am – 11am.
The Burial will take place at Park Lawn Cemetery located at 2845 Bloor Street West, Toronto, Ontario on Tuesday, November 22, 2016 at 11:30am.
