Passed away peacefully at the age of 91 on September 15, 2019. Predeceased by her husband Michael (2007). She will be sadly missed by daughter Carolyn (Peter) and son Richard. Cherished Baba of Stephanie (Guillaume) of the U.K. and Michael of California. Stella leaves behind her sister Laura from Toronto and cousin Mary Gwizdal from Belleville. She was a passionate gardener who loved nature and the outdoors. Her beautiful sewing and needlecraft projects adorned the family home. She enjoyed reading and taking on the most challenging crosswords while keeping her radio close at hand cheering on the Blue Jays till the very end. A private family service was held at the Turner & Porter Yorke Chapel on Wednesday, September 18, 2019 followed by cremation.
