It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Stavros Sirilas at the age of 90. Proceeding his unexpected illness, he was constantly surrounded by his family, friends and loved ones.
He passed peacefully on April 8, 2023.
Born in Kelli, Greece to Anillas & Aphrodite Sirilas. He had several terms of duty in the Greek Army and in 1963 he emigrated to Canada and settled in Toronto. Stavros is survived by his loving wife Barbara (nee Osborne Smith) of 53 years, his beloved son John and daughter-in-law Diana. He also leaves behind to what he felt were his true treasures, his grandchildren Eleni Maria, Johnny (Stoyche), Christina, Tyler, Christian and Alex.
