It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mrs. Soon Ja Nam at the age of 79.

She is predeceased by her husband, Jai Hee Nam.

Loving mother to Thomas and Tony; loving grandmother to Victoria and Tyler.

Known for her warm and friendly nature, she will be greatly missed by her family and friends but we are consoled by the knowledge that she is with our heavenly Father and is no longer in pain or suffering.

Visitation will be held at Turner & Porter Peel Chapel, 2180 Hurontario St. on Wednesday, January 18, 2023 from 10:00-11:00 am with a funeral service from 11:00-11:45 am.

There will be a reception afterwards from 12:00-1:30 pm.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer Society of Canada or CAMH (Dementia Research) in memory of Mrs. Soon Ja Nam.
