My deepest sympathy for the loss of your mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. I will always remember her beautiful smile that would light up the room. She was such a gentil soul who welcomed me into her family with so much affection as Michael's "marraine". She will be dearly missed by her family and all of us who considered her part of ours. May God welcome her to paradise and may she rest in peace.

Simone was a very special Lady with a heart of gold. A Maman to my orphaned mum and her siblings ( Soodin girls ) I , for one has known her as my One and Only Grand ma / Popo , while she was known to the entire village as Tantine Leon. Her shop , her cookings and her talents was an example to all who knew her. Always caring and taking people of all aspects of life under her wings. Feeding the poor who couldn’t afford to pay their bills and writing their little note book of debts just so they don’t feel inadequate. Both Simone and her husband knew , this bill would only increase in the coming months than decreasing.
My Christmases has always been very special with a new dress all handmade by my Popo while Chinese New Year was best as we would get to have all the best feast. Many Happy memories are made during the childhood of a person’s life and Mine had the very special One because I had Popo Simone in my life. I shall miss her immensely and she will always hold a very special corner in my heart with nothing but heartwarming memories and love. May her soul rest in peace as she is now the Angel of our Lord Jesus who needed her more up in the heaven than in this world.
With lots of love and hugs to our beloved Popo. From all the Soodin girls she raised as her own and her extended Family. Blessings. Usha and Family. 🙏
